Biography
Reb Beach (born Richard Earl Beach, Jr. in Pittsburgh, PA on August 31, 1963) is best known for being the lead guitarist of two popular hard rock bands - Winger and Whitesnake. Throughout his career he has also toured and recorded with many other bands and artists, including Dokken, Night Ranger, Alice Cooper and Twisted Sister. He has also released a solo album called "Masquerade" and took part in "supergroup" project called The Mob.
Currently Reb uses his signature Suhr guitars. In the early 90s Ibanez released a line of signature Ibanez RBM's (Reb Beach Model) guitars, which are now discontinued. Reb's playing style includes frequent use of whammy bar and tapping technique. He is considered to be one of the most accomplished guitarists to come out of the 80s rock scene.
