Biography

Dennis Locorriere (born Dennis Michael Locorriere, 13 June 1949, Union City, New Jersey) was the lead vocalist, guitarist of the pop group Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show, later Dr Hook.

Locorriere, as a founding member of Dr Hook, was the recipient of more than sixty gold and platinum albums, gaining #1 chart status in more than 42 different countries. He is also a notable songwriter, his songs having been recorded by Bob Dylan, Crystal Gayle, BJ Thomas, Helen Reddy, Willie Nelson, Southside Johnny and most recently, Jerry Lee Lewis on his 2006 critically acclaimed, historical release 'Last Man Standing'
