In a matter of weeks Ben-Hur was assembled under the initial name 'youngblood' for the purpose of their blooming winter showcase.

Coal engineer and native Kiwi Jeremy Wishart is no stranger to the music scene, yet he claims to have never participated in a musical project that solidified so quickly and strongly in the diversity and ability that Ben-Hur boasts. His lead guitar and catchy lyrics caught fire in feet of those who's motion dispelled an otherwise cold, mountain darkness as he assembled this surprisingly tight group of wandering musicians from the corners of the earth.
