History Fyrdung

Fyrdung (meaning "Army of the people" in Saxon) is a Swedish rac/black metal-band signed to the right wing orientated label Nordvind Records, formed in 1999 in Stockholm, Sweden.

The band is often described as so called White Nationalist Music.

The band released their debut titled Vedergällning and In 2007 the band released their latest album, hyperborea, in which music changed significantly since the older albums.

Their lyrics mostly deal with political issues (criticizing democracy, the modern world, etc.), nordic history and pre-Christian Norse mythology.
