History Rhythm Bombs
This Belgian bluesband knows how make a spicy mix of blues, boogie, swing, shuffle and mambo.
The Rhythm Bombs started out in 1999 and quickly got themselves a reputation as one of the premier jump- and swingbands in the Benelux.
Fronted by the outstanding harmonicaplayer and singer Wouter Celis, the band played big venues and festivals in and around Holland, Belgium and Germany. The Rhythm Bombs also had the pleasure to perform twice at the famous Belgium Rhythm & Blues Festival in Peer.
Both the studio album "One Gear Up" and the live-cd "Better Be Ready" received great reviews from radio and the press in Belgium and abroad.
In 2010 Wouter Celis, drummer Marc Gijbels and bassplayer Patrick Indestege went out on a search for a new band member and brought in guitarplayer Stanley Patti.
