History Freitod

There are multiple artists with this name:

1). Freitod is a raw Black Metal band from Switzerland with occult and satanic conception. The band was formed in 2003 and since than it has released several demos, two splits and an EP. Distribution can be found through Black Art Propaganda and BergStolz labels.

2). Freitod is a Depressive Black Metal from Nuremberg, Germany. They formed in 2005. They released a demo "Hoffnungslos..." in 2007 and another demo "…Einst Tiefe Wunden…" in 2008. In 2010, their debut full length entitled "Nebel der Erinnerungen" was released via Ván Records.

3). Freitod is a No Wave band from France. The band mix of minimal and electronics with some experimental rock elements. The track 'Elisa' is a cover of Serge Gainsbourg and the track 'La Mer' is a cover of Charles Trenet.

They released a compilation "Freitod 82 - 83" on cassette via V.I.S.A./Androidia Flux (AF 001) in 1983.

4). Freitod is a Hip Hop from Germany. They released their deut entitled "Die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt" in 2009
