Historia Cirith Ungol

Cirith Ungol fue una banda de heavy metal formada en 1972, originaria de California (EE. UU.) y separada en 1997. Fueron influenciados por bandas como Black Sabbath, Thin Lizzy o Iggy and the Stooges. El nombre esta directamente insipirado en la torre homónima de la novela épica fantástica de J. R. R. Tolkien, El señor de los anillos.
