Wiht

Wiht are a Leeds-based trio who started out in March 2009 and whose epic, instrumental style straddles doom, stoner and psyche. Their self-titled debut EP, Wiht (November 2009), won them critical acclaim, described as 'moving' and 'massive- 9/10' (Planetfuzz.com), and 'other worldly', 'set apart from other bands- 9/10' (Ukmetalunderground.com). The band have played across the UK, supporting Brant Bjork and the Bros, Humanfly, Khuda and A Forest of Stars, and made it through to the final of the Battle For Damnation Festival in 2010. Wiht's first full album The Harrowing of The North is a two song, forty minute concept piece, set for a summertime release.
