Voodoocult was a German thrash metal project initiated in 1994 by Phillip Boa, the frontman of the alternative band Phillip Boa and the Voodooclub. The project garnered significant attention due to the caliber of musicians involved, including Chuck Schuldiner, renowned for his work with Death, Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo, and Mille Petrozza from the influential German thrash metal group Kreator.
The band released two studio albums during their active period. Voodoocult officially disbanded in 1995, shortly after the release of their second LP and the completion of a supporting tour.
