Expensive Taste
Expensive Taste, also stylized as Expen$ive Taste, is an American hip-hop supergroup formed by three prominent musicians: Paul Wall, Skinhead Rob of Transplants, and Travis Barker, known for his work with Blink-182, The Aquabats, Box Car Racer, and +44.
Formation and Early Releases
The group initially released a 15-track mixtape for free via a newly established website. This debut mixtape, titled DJ Skee Presents: Expen$ive Taste, was made available as a complimentary download. At the time of its release, touring plans remained uncertain due to the members' existing commitments. Travis Barker's primary focus was with Blink-182, while Paul Wall was engaged in recording his subsequent album, Heart of a Champion.

Travis Barker announced via his Twitter blog that two new songs from Expensive Taste would soon be available for purchase on iTunes.
