History

Rondinelli

Rondinelli is a musical project fronted by drummer Bobby Rondinelli and his brother Ted, who handles guitar duties. The band released two albums, notable for their strong connections to the legendary heavy metal band Black Sabbath. Bobby Rondinelli himself was a member of Black Sabbath, playing drums on two of their albums between 1993 and 1995.

Wardance (1994)

The debut album, Wardance, featured guest vocals from Ray Gillen. Gillen had a notable career, singing for Black Sabbath during 1986-1987 and also for the band Badlands, which included guitarist Jake E. Lee, a former member of Ozzy Osbourne's solo band. The bass duties on Wardance were performed by James LoMenzo, who would later join White Lion in 1985.

The Second Album (1995)

The band's second album saw Tony Martin, the vocalist on six Black Sabbath albums between 1987 and 1995, taking on the lead vocal responsibilities. Neil Murray, who also played bass for Black Sabbath, contributed to this release.

Fans of Tony Martin's era of Black Sabbath are likely to appreciate the sound of Rondinelli.
