Hatebreed Releases Title Track From Upcoming Album Fatal Paradox

Grammy-nominated Connecticut veterans Hatebreed have unveiled the official visualizer for "**Fatal Paradox**," the title track of their first new studio album in six years. Set for a **November 6** release, the project will be the debut for the band on **BLKIIBLK**, the heavy metal imprint of **Frontiers Label Group**. The album was produced by longtime collaborator **Chris "Zeuss" Harris**, known for his work with **Rob Zombie**, **Accept**, and **Shadows Fall**.

Frontman **Jamey Jasta** commented on the deep-rooted relationship between the band and their producer, noting that the connection extends back to his early projects like **PUSHBUTTON WARFARE** and **JASTA 14**:

"One of my favorite things about making this record was working with our brother-in-arms Zeuss once again. His connection with Matt, Wayne, Frank, Carl and me goes far beyond the producer's chair. I've known him since the PUSHBUTTON WARFARE and JASTA 14 days. He's been like a sixth member of this band for years. When you're chasing something timeless, memorable, and meaningful, having that level of trust and understanding makes all the difference. Sonic Direction and Lead Single

The new record is described as a "barbarous blend" of d-beats, breakdowns, and dogpiles. While tracks like "**The Carrion Choir**" and "**Truth Is A Lion**" are noted for their hardcore style, others such as "**Total Invincible**" and the lead track "**Kill Count Increase**" incorporate thrash elements. Jasta described the lead single as a direct representation of the band's current energy:

"'Kill Count Increase' is the lead track on 'Fatal Paradox' and a perfect way of summing up our first album in six years from the start. It's straightforward, in-your-face HATEBREED. Fast. Hard. It gets down to business and comes up for air two-and-a-half minutes later. The room and everyone in it gets wrecked and comes back wanting more."

Summer Slaughter Tour and Band Background

The band is currently headlining the second leg of the **2026 Summer Slaughter Tour**, which began on **August 20** in **Albuquerque, New Mexico**. Support for this leg includes **TERROR**, **INCANTATION**, **GATES TO HELL**, **TORTURE**, and **CREEPING DEATH**. This follows the first leg of the tour that ran from **July 2** in **Reading, Pennsylvania**, to **July 24** in **Buffalo, New York**, featuring **DEVOURMENT**, **SNUFFED ON SIGHT**, **BALMORA**, and **FACE YOURSELF**.
