Formed in 1999, the group has maintained a consistent and influential presence in the alternative music scene for over two decades. The lineup features lead vocalist Pierre Bouvier, lead guitarist Jeff Stinco, rhythm guitarist and backing vocalist Sébastien Lefebvre, and drummer Chuck Comeau.

The band first gained international recognition with their 2002 debut album, No Pads, No Helmets… Just Balls.
