Masego

Micah Davis, professionally known as Masego, is a Jamaican-American musician and multi-instrumentalist who has redefined contemporary R&B through his self-described "TrapHouseJazz" style. Born on June 8, 1993, and raised with South African heritage, Masego incorporates his skills as a saxophonist, singer, and producer to create a fluid, genre-bending sound that resonates globally.

Masego first gained significant attention with the release of his 2016 project, Loose Thoughts. However, his career reached a new trajectory with the collaborative single "Tadow" alongside French multi-instrumentalist FKJ. The improvised session became a viral sensation, amassing over 500 million views on YouTube by early 2025 and establishing Masego as a leading voice in modern jazz-fusion. This momentum was further bolstered by the success of "Navajo," a track premiered on the Colors platform that triggered a worldwide sold-out tour.
