According to a spokesperson for the California Highway Patrol (CHP), authorities received a report at approximately 8:48 p.m. regarding a black BMW 430i driving erratically at a high rate of speed on southbound US-101. Officers located the vehicle near Westlake Boulevard and initiated an enforcement stop.
