Good Neighbours

Good Neighbours is an instrumental project born from the shared musical passions of Olivier Masson, Nathalie Laplante, and Alexandre Laplante. Over the past two years, they have meticulously crafted a sound that reflects their deep appreciation for diverse musical influences.

Their compositions draw inspiration from artists such as The American Analog Set, The Six Parts Seven, The Mercury Program, and the early era of Broken Social Scene (Feel Good Lost). Good Neighbours builds their sound by layering simple, melodic loops, complemented by Rhodes piano and bass guitar. This approach results in atmospheric soundscapes that bridge the gap between ambient music and danceable rhythms, creating pieces that are both immersive and engaging.
